Dianchi Wetland Ecological Park locates in Chenggong District of Kunming, about 10 minutes’ walk from the Dounan Flower Market.

The park has beautiful scenery, with various flourishing plants. Especially in early autumn, an eyeful of chrysanthemums bloom and sway in the breeze along the roadsides.

Up to now, Dianchi Wetland Ecological Park has constructed over 7.2 kilometers’ road, more than 50 pipe culverts and bridges, and 2 sewage treatment plants. There are 2,2 million plants, 14,000 square meters ornamental grass, and about 100,000 cubic meters wetland plastic earthworks in the park.

No admission ticket is charged at the moment.

You can get to the park by ways as shown below:

Location: on the north bank of the Dianchi Lake, Dounan area, Chenggong District, Kunming

Drive route: drive via Guangfu Road, Caiyun North Road, Xingcheng Road. Turn right after driving along the Xingcheng Road for about 400 meters, then drive for about another 2 kilometers. The park is at the right side of the road.

Bus: take the C6 or No.215 buses. Get off at the stop of Dounan, and walk forward for about 50 meters.
