A 8-day flower fair festival kicks off on June 11 in Yiliang County, Yunnan.

Some indoor flower plantings such as scindapsus aureus, anthurium, banyan and pachira macrocarpa can be seen at the fair.

By the end of May this year, the cultivation areas of ornamental trees and flowers in the county totaled 55,252 mu, earning over 800 million yuan, including 70 million yuan from fresh cut flowers.

Situated in the middle Yunnan, the county is 55 kilometers from Kunming, capital city of Yunnan. (Editor:Lynn)
