The first Dali Erhai World Music Festival is expected to be held from April 29 to May 1 in Dali.

Bands scheduled to perform are Chinese veteran rock-'n'-roll singer Xu Wei (许巍) and his band, Beijing metal band Black Panther (黑豹乐队), Heaven (天堂乐队), Miserable Faith (痛痒乐队), Reflector (反光镜乐队), Yaksa (夜叉乐队) and other bands from China.

“The 3-day festival will further highlight the blend of art and music. We want to offer the enjoyment of highest-quality music for our audiences,” the organizer said.

Tickets can be purchased online and cost 150 yuan for a single day pass or 300 yuan for all three days.
