Daqiao Town enjoys beautiful mountains and landscapes in Huize County, Yunnan. Since the entironment has been preserved well, about 20,000 migrant birds fly here to spend winter every year.

Lijiawan Village is located in the town, about 14 kilometers from the county seat. It is a village with charming sceneries.

Getting there:

You can take a bus to Huize County from Kunming Eastern Bus Station (No.65 Dongjiao Road, Guandu District). The ticket price is 71 yuan.

Then you need to transfer a bus to the Daqiao Town at the price of 20 yuan.

You can find some hostels there.

The best time for seeing the black-necked crane is from September to April. If you wanna see cranes, you have to get up by dawn.
