The Third Mangshi International Coffee Festival kicks off in Mangshi, capital of Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture on December 8.

Foreign coffee experts from Portugal and Thailand attend a coffee commercial forum and discuss about the breeding of new species of coffee in the city.

Yunnan has been developed into the largest production and exporting bases of coffee beans in China during the past 60 years. The cultivation area has topped 1.3 million mu, earning Yunnan more than 700 million yuan on exporting annually.
