6 metro lines come into use in 2018 in Kunming

Six metro lines in Kunming will come into service with a total length of 187.5 km by the end of 2018. A total of 24,600 passengers are expected to be transported per hour during the rush time in the urban areas. The daily intensity of metro passenger flow will be 11,300 per kilometer.
