Photo shows the beautiful sceneries in Yinxing Village, or Gingko Village, Gudong Town, Tengchong County, Yunnan.

Yinxing Village, or Gingko Village, is well-known for its natural sceneries, because there are more than 3,000 gingko tress in the village, and many of them are enjoying a history of 500 years. These cherished centennial gingko trees decorate the village unique. People call it "a village built in a forest, and a forest scattering in a village."　

You can see some boulevards in the village. Two gingko trees on the east of the village are the oldest and called "mother of gingko". The two trees are full of fruit with luxuriant foliage. Villagers care about the two trees very much and regard them as treasure of the village.

How to get there:

Flight: the daily direct flight from Kunming to Tengchong County

Driving line: Kunming--Dali--Baoshan--Lujiangba (Expressway)

Ruili--Yingjiang--Lianghe--Tengchong (Asphalt Road) It is about 40 km from Tengchong to Gingko Village.

Best time for visiting: from October to November
