Ingredients:
Pork, garlic bolts, ginger, Sichuan peppers, soy sauce and dried red peppers
Methods:
1. Cut pork and ginger into slices and garlic bolts into sections;
2. Mix pork with ginger slices, Sichuan peppers and dried red peppers;
3. Throw mixed pork slices into the pan with hot oil;
4. Add garlic bolt sections before pork slices are done;
5. Add some soy sauce and stir until garlic bolt sections are done.
