Recipe of lotus root cakes

Ingredients:

Lotus root, green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms; flour 60ml, a spoon of salt and some white pepper powder

Methods:

1. Remove the peel of lotus root and mince it; cut up mushrooms, green pepper and red pepper;

2. Stir-fry mushrooms with some oil;

3. Mix minced lotus root, stir-fried mushrooms, peppers, flour, salt and white pepper powder

4. Make the mixture into small cakes and decoct them in pan on medium-low fire until their color turns golden.
