Kunming has decided to launch two new express routes---K16 and K17 from downtown Kunming to Eastern Bus Terminal Station starting from June 27th in order to cooperate with the operation of the new airport and subway.

K16 line：start from Eastern Bus Terminal Station to Zhengyi Road （正义路）. Stops which will be passed by: Eastern Bus Terminal Station（东部公交枢纽站）, Taiping Village （太平村）, Kunming Prison （昆明监狱), Wangda Bridge （王大桥）, Xinying Crossing （新迎路口）, Donghua Quarter （东华小区）, Yanan Hospital （延安医院）, Dongjiawan （董家湾）, East Station （东站）, Minhang Crossing（民航路口）, Wujing Bridge（吴井桥）, Kunming Station （昆明站）, Wujiaba Airport（巫家坝民航机场）. Service time: 7:00-20:00.

K17 line: start from Eastern Bus Terminal Station to East Station. Stops which will be passed by: Eastern Bus Terminal Station（东部公交枢纽站）, East Hongqiao Overpass（虹桥立交桥东）, Taiping Village（太平村）, Jinwa Road（金瓦路）, Electric Bulbs Factory（灯泡厂）, Jinma Temple（金马寺）, Jinma Overpass（金马立交桥）, Dashuying houying（大树营后营）, Dongjiawan（董家湾）, East Station(East Ring Road), East Station.
