The Yangmei, or the red bayberry, is an evergreen plant which produces delicious round fruits of a purple color. It is sweet, very tart and it hides a single seed in the middle. The juice of Yangmei is being commercialized not only in Asia but in EU as well. According to traditional Chinese medicine, the Yangmei can cure such abnormal physical symptoms as excessive perspiring, sensation of fullness in the chest and a light head.
