Ingredients:
Pork ribs (600g); Pu-erh tea leaves (10g); yellow wine (10g); salt (4g); sugar (2g); chicken powder (a little); cooking starch (a little)
Method:
1. Clean pork ribs and cut them into sections.
2. Throw rib sections into cold water and boil a while to get rid of rest blood of pork ribs.
3. Put Pu-erh tea leaves into a small bowl and pour some boiled water in.
4. Add yellow wine, salt, sugar, chicken powder and Pu-erh tea soup into the blanched pork ribs, stir and wait for half an hour
