The 2012 Dali March Street Festival will be unveiled at the foot of Cangshan Mountain in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture on April 5 and last till April 11.

During this festival, many events including opening ceremony, horse, bicycle and marathon races, local products’ exhibition and the first Dali International Jewelry Exhibition will be staged. Moreover, Yunnan’s first Chinese Traditional Medicine Trade Fair will be held in the economic development zone of Dali.

The March Street Festival, with a history over a thousand years, is the biggest annual traditional festival of Bai people. It falls on the days from the 15th to 21st of the third lunar month.

Tips:

March Street is at the west of Dali City.
