The 14th Luoping International Canola Flower  Culture Tourism Festival is open in Luoping County, southwest China’s Yunnan province.

The theme of the festival is "Oriental garden charming Luoping". Varies events are held, including international photographic exhibition, singing festival of Buyi ethnic group, water sprinkling carnival. It will last till March 30.

The two-and-half-month festival has been annually held since 1999, and is where such activities are organised as agricultural ecotourism, Karst landscape sightseeing, Buyi ethnic cultural exhibition and investment attraction of Luoping County-one of the major canola and bee honey producers in China.
